Clover Games respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Clover Games is a family-run leisure machine operator based in Ireland, placing equipment with pubs, clubs, casinos, and arcades on a profit-share basis. For any privacy question, contact us at brian@clovergames.ie.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, email address, venue or business name, area of interest, and message you submit through our contact form.
• Trade account details — the business contact information used to issue and operate a trade portal login.
• Technical data — standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site secure and available.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible partnership — our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To administer trade portal accounts and fulfil orders — our lawful basis is performance of a contract.
• To keep the website secure and to meet accounting and legal obligations — our lawful basis is our legitimate interests and legal compliance.

Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as needed. These currently include our website host and our transactional email provider, who deliver enquiry messages to our inbox. Each is bound by contract to process data on our instructions only. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from our last contact unless they lead to a partnership, in which case records are kept for the life of the relationship and for the period required by Irish tax and company law. Server logs are retained for a short rolling period.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email brian@clovergames.ie and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies — for example, the session cookie that keeps you signed in to the trade portal. No analytics or marketing cookies are set, so no consent banner is required.
