These terms apply to your use of the Clover Games website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or signing in to the trade portal, you accept them.

What this website is

This site describes the leisure equipment we place with venues and the ranges we supply to the trade. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Machine availability, specifications, revenue shares, and pricing are confirmed in writing in a separate agreement before anything is installed or supplied.

Partnership enquiries

When you contact us, please give accurate information about your venue. Placements are subject to a site assessment, and any gaming equipment is subject to you holding the correct licence or permit for your premises. We confirm permissions before supply and will decline a placement where the correct licence is not in place.

Trade portal

Trade portal access is issued to business customers only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

Intellectual property

The layout, text, and images on this site belong to Clover Games or to our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Manufacturer names, machine names, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are shown to identify the equipment we place.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and product details may change as manufacturers update their ranges. Where the site links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
