Snacks, cold drinks & fresh food

Four Gusto machines cover just about every location we place in — from a straightforward snack and can cabinet, through the biggest capacity Necta build, to a phone-operated fridge and a proper 24-hour fresh food canteen. We will tell you which one suits your footfall.

Snacks & cold drinksNecta Gusto 8 Classic snack and drinks Vending Machine

Gusto 8 Classic

The everyday workhorse for medium and large sites.

The machine most venues start with. One cabinet takes fresh food, snacks, cans and bottles in any mix, so you are not locked into one type of product — if crisps sell and sandwiches don't, we change the trays rather than the machine. A big lit window shows the whole offer at a glance, which is most of what makes people stop and buy.

  • Up to 44 selections · up to 360 products
  • Any mix of food, snacks and cans & bottles
  • Max 6 trays · spiral dispense
  • Food 0–4°C · snacks and cans 8–15°C
  • 1830 × 890 × 793 mm · R290 cooling
Snacks loaded on the lit trays of a Gusto 8 Classic

Worth knowing

The trays are the part that matters commercially. Necta's ETL trays let each row be set for a different product depth, so we can run wide sandwich packs on one shelf and slim chocolate bars on the next without wasting space. Cooling is R290, which is both the efficient option and the one that will not need swapping out when refrigerant rules tighten. It is styled to the same lines as the Barista coffee cabinets, so a coffee machine standing beside it reads as one installation rather than two machines pushed together.

Biggest capacityNecta Gusto 10 large capacity Vending Machine

Gusto 10

Seven trays and 400 products for the busiest spots.

When a site empties a machine faster than we can service it, this is the answer. Seven trays hold up to 70 different selections and around 400 items, so a busy shopping centre or gym goes far longer between fills. The frameless glass front has no visible framing across the window, which makes the product wall itself the display.

  • Up to 70 selections · up to 400 products
  • Max 7 trays · up to 10 selections per tray
  • Snack, cans & bottles, or 50/50 mixes
  • Cans & bottles 5–7°C · snacks 8–15°C
  • 1830 × 1052 × 843 mm · 260 W max
Product trays inside a Necta Gusto 10

Worth knowing

Worth knowing that the Gusto 10 draws only 260 W at maximum — less than the smaller Gusto 8 Classic — because Necta built it around a market-leading energy class. On a machine running 24 hours a day in a public building that difference shows up on the electricity bill, and it is a fair question for a venue manager to ask before agreeing to a placement. There is also an ambient version with no cooling at all where the site only wants dry goods.

Unattended micro-storeNecta Gusto Smart unattended self-scan fridge

Gusto Smart

Scan with your phone, take what you want, walk away.

Not a vending machine in the old sense — a small fridge the customer unlocks with their phone. They scan a QR code, the door opens, they take what they like, scan the items and pay in the app. No coins, no card reader, no waiting for a spiral to turn. Built for offices, hospitals and apartment buildings that need something available at three in the morning.

  • Fully unattended · cashless self-scan
  • Unlock, scan and pay by phone app
  • Up to 253 items · 5 trays
  • Food 0–4°C · snacks and cans 8–15°C
  • 1884 × 597 × 654 mm · only 82 kg
Customer scanning a QR code and an item with a phone at a Gusto Smart

Worth knowing

The software behind it is Kerpak, and it gives real-time stock visibility — we can see what has sold without anyone visiting the site, so refills happen when they are actually needed. Because the customer handles the product directly it suits fresh food far better than a spiral machine, where a sandwich has to survive a drop. At 597 mm wide and 82 kg it also fits, and can be moved into, places a full vending cabinet never could.

24/7 hot & fresh foodNecta Gusto Drum fresh food Vending Machine

Gusto Drum

An automatic canteen, not a snack machine.

This is the one for sites with staff on shift when the kitchen is shut. Rotating drums hold proper meals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and sandwiches at a strict 0–4°C, and dispense them flat rather than dropping them. Up to ten drums, configurable per location, so a hospital and a factory can run completely different offers from the same cabinet.

  • Fresh meals, fruit, yoghurt & sandwiches
  • Max 10 drums · up to 360 products
  • Drum heights 50 / 90 / 130 mm
  • FIFO dispensing by expiry date
  • Food held at 0–4°C · R290 cooling
Fresh food held in the rotating drums of a Necta Gusto Drum

Worth knowing

Two features solve the problem that puts most operators off fresh food. FIFO dispensing means the machine always serves the oldest stock first, so nothing sits at the back going out of date. On top of that you can set up to four price bands per drum and schedule them — drop the price of today's sandwiches at four o'clock and they sell instead of being written off. Waste is the entire economics of fresh vending, and this is how the machine manages it for you.

Coffee machines

Barista bean-to-cup

Fresh beans ground for every cup, not instant powder. A freestanding flagship for foyers and busy floors, and a countertop machine for receptions and smaller sites — both running the same Z4000 brewer that Necta build their coffee reputation on.

Flagship coffeeNecta Barista 1000 Touch bean-to-cup coffee machine

Barista 1000 Touch

A 24-inch touchscreen and up to 1,000 cups.

Necta's top hot-drinks machine, and the one that makes a foyer look like it has a coffee bar in it. Black anodised aluminium, dark grey cabinet, and a frameless 24-inch Full HD screen running the full height of the door. Customers browse by category, adjust their drink, check nutritional information, and save a favourite as "My Usual" so regulars order in one press.

  • 24" Full HD portrait touchscreen
  • Up to 1000 cups (Dual Cup versions)
  • Z4000 espresso brewer · 2 boilers
  • Up to 9 canisters · unlimited selections
  • 1830 × 650 × 760 mm · WiFi & Ethernet

Worth knowing

Underneath the screen it is effectively a networked computer — 32 GB storage, 4 GB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth, two Ethernet ports and optional mobile data. That matters to you rather than your customers: it means we can update the menu, change prices and run promotions remotely instead of sending someone out, and the machine reports its own sales and faults. Filter searches for decaf, gluten-free and organic answer the questions staff would otherwise have to ask.

Countertop coffeeNecta Barista 300 Touch countertop coffee machine

Barista 300 Touch

Full bean-to-cup on a counter, not a floor.

Where there is no room for a freestanding machine, this sits on a counter and still grinds fresh beans for every cup. A 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen, the same Z4000 brewer as the flagship, and phone-based selection and payment. At 760 mm tall and 70 kg it suits reception desks, small offices, salons and boutique hotels.

  • 13.3" Full HD touchscreen · countertop
  • Up to 300 cups · Z4000 espresso brewer
  • Up to 7 canisters · unlimited selections
  • Telemetry & remote management built in
  • 760 × 600 × 660 mm · 70 kg
Necta Barista 300 Touch countertop coffee machine in use

Worth knowing

There is a Vacuum Technology version worth asking about. It holds the beans under vacuum so they keep their aroma instead of going stale in the hopper — which is the usual reason coffee from a machine tastes flat on a quiet site. If your location sells thirty cups a day rather than three hundred, that version is the difference between customers coming back and not.

In the venue

What it looks like on site

These are the machines in the kind of places we place them — office breakout areas, meeting floors, gym and college foyers. Quiet, well finished, and the sort of thing people actually walk over to.

Why Necta on site

A full refreshment line — not a one-off cabinet

The machine costs you nothing

We supply and install the machine at no cost to you, then keep it filled with the products that actually sell in your location. You provide the space and the power; we do the rest and you take a commission on what it earns.

Filled regularly, stocked to suit

We watch what moves in your venue and adjust the planogram to match — a gym takes protein bars and cold drinks, an office takes coffee and sandwiches. Connected machines tell us what is running low before it runs out.

Coffee and impulse as one wall

Necta build the Gusto and Barista cabinets to the same design language and height, so a coffee machine and a snack machine stand together as one clean installation rather than two mismatched boxes.

Evoca Group engineering

Necta is a core brand of Evoca Group, built in Valbrembo in Italy, with the parts and service network behind it that keeps a machine earning for years rather than months.

News & context

The detail behind the range

The things a venue manager tends to ask about once the machine is actually going in — running costs, waste, payment, and who has to look after it.

R290 cooling across the Gusto range

The Gusto 8 Classic and Gusto Drum both use R290 refrigerant cooling units. It cuts running consumption compared with older gases, and it is the direction European refrigerant regulation is already heading — so a machine placed now will not need a retrofit to stay compliant.

UnattendedNecta product launch

Gusto Smart brings self-scan retail to vending

Necta's newest impulse product replaces coin mechs and spirals entirely with a phone-unlocked fridge powered by Kerpak. Customers unlock, take, scan and pay; operators get live stock data. It is aimed squarely at offices, hospitals and residential buildings that need a 24/7 offer without staff.

Waste controlNecta product documentation

FIFO and timed price bands on fresh food

Gusto Drum dispenses oldest-first and supports up to four price bands per drum, which can be scheduled. That combination is what makes fresh food viable in a machine — stock rotates by expiry automatically, and slow items can be discounted late in the day rather than binned.

ConnectivityNecta technical specification

Remote management as standard

Barista 1000 Touch ships with WiFi, Bluetooth, dual Ethernet and optional 3G/4G, and the Barista 300 Touch has telemetry built in. Menus, pricing and promotions can be changed without a site visit, and machines report their own sales and faults.

Coffee qualityNecta product news

Vacuum Technology for quieter sites

The Barista 300 Touch is offered in a Vacuum Technology build that stores beans under vacuum to preserve aroma. It is designed for locations where beans would otherwise sit in the hopper too long between cups — the usual cause of flat-tasting machine coffee.
